The Haunting Tale of Grace Redland: Part the Second

“You can hear me?” Grace said as she looked at the young man.  The young man had ashy brown hair and chocolate brown eyes.  He wore a pair of decent shoes, a pair of blue jeans, a white tee under a blue plaid shirt.  Over this he wore a navy-blue sports-coat and a black fedora.
“I wouldn’t be talking to you otherwise.” He responded as he looked at her. From his view he could see that she was rather beautiful yet deeply sad at the same time, “Are you ok?” He asked her.
“No.” She answered as tears and sobs came flowing down her cheeks.
“Hey, it can’t be all that bad now, can it?” He asked her as he stepped closer to her.
She tried to put her hand on his shoulder but it just passed right through him as a puff of smoke.  He just stood there looking at her and his shoulder.
“What the hell are you?” He asked as he started to back away.
“I don’t know!”  She said before she completely disappeared from his sight.
‘The hell was that about?’ He thought as he made his way down the sidewalk without thinking much of the strange woman he had just met.
As he made his way across a dark street at night, he saw a wisp of smoke down an alley. He went down the street thinking nothing of it.  Images of the sad and scared woman flashed in his mind.
He made his way down another street.  From an alley came the same woman, now wearing a long-sleeved blue dress.
“Please, I’m alone, I’m scared, and I don’t know what to do.  You’re the only one who can hear me.  Please help me…” She said to him with a pleading look as he jumped back with a shock.
“Holy shit lady! What are you stalking me?! I wish I could help you but I don’t know how!” He told her as the wind started to pick up.
The lights flickered as she kept crying.  “Please help me… I’m so scared…” She said as the winds began to howl around them.
“Look whatever you’re doing please stop it.  It’s not helping anyone!” He said to her as the lights returned to normal and the wind died down.
“I have an idea, why don’t you come to my bar next door and we can talk.” He said to her as she calmed down and followed him into a place with brown siding and a big old-style front door.
